The Customers section includes details of any guest who has booked a stay at your hotel through:

Any Online Travel Agency (OTA) like Booking.com, Makemytrip, Goibibo etc. if hotel receives any booking via RunHotel's channel manager.

Direct or on-demand bookings made at the hotel reception or front desk

Yes, customer details from every completed or confirmed booking — regardless of source — are automatically added to this section.

8. Can I export the customer list?
Yes, you can export customer data for marketing or analytics purposes while complying with relevant data privacy regulations. Just click on "Export" button and you can download all customer data in your local system in the form of CSV.
9. Does this section include guests from other sources like walk-ins without booking?
Only if their details were collected and recorded in the booking system. Otherwise, purely anonymous walk-ins without any recorded data won’t appear here.
