Steps for integrating WhatsApp account with RunHotel

Step 1: Create your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA).  

WABA lets your business use the WhatsApp Business Platform to communicate directly with your customers.

Step 2: Once you have a WABA, we recommend that you:

Step 4: Copy your Phone number ID, Business ID and System user token from your business app and enter them into your RunHotel > Whatsapp admin panel.

Upon successful submission and verification, your WhatsApp business account messages will work as intended.
