How to Add FAQs


  1. Log in to your RunHotel Admin Panel.

  2. Go to the Website > FAQ section.

  3. Click Add New Category for FAQ if you have not created one yet.

  4. Then click on Add FAQ and enter the following details:

    • Category – Select a category (e.g., Booking, Payments, Policies).

    • Title – The question (e.g., What is your check-in time?).

    • Content – The answer or explanation.

  5. Click Save.

Your FAQ will instantly appear under the correct category on your property’s website.


How to Edit or Delete FAQs

  • To edit, click on the edit icon in front of the FAQ from the list, update the details, and save.

  • To delete, click on the delete icon on the FAQ and remove it. Changes are reflected in real time on your website.
