1. What is the Room Inventory?
Room inventory refers to the total number of rooms available for booking at your hotel. It includes details such as room types (e.g., Standard, Deluxe, Suite), availability, amenities, occupancy limits (adults and children), extra bedding options, and room allotments—all managed through the RunHotel Admin Panel.
2. How to Add Room ?
-Navigate to Runhotel's admin panel, "Setting" > "Room Inventory".
- Click the "Add Room" button and enter the required details, including the room name, total availability, room description, room size, and room capacity—which includes the number of adults, children, and any extra bedding options.
-Â Scroll down to add Amenities relevant to the room (e.g., Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, etc.).
- Upload room images, complete the process by allotting rooms as needed and save it. Supported Image Types - Jpeg, jpg or png and max image size - 1mb.Â
3. How to Change order of room images?
Click the "Change Order" button to rearrange the display order of the rooms as needed.
4. How can I edit the inventory of an existing room or delete a room in the RunHotel Admin Panel??
Click on the Edit icon and set total number of rooms available, Owners can make this room unavailable as well by clicking on the check box
