1. What are booking reports?

Booking reports provide detailed insights into all reservations made at your hotel. These reports typically include booking dates, room types, guest details, payment status, stay duration, and source of booking (e.g. direct, OTA, corporate).

2. Where to check reports?

-Navigate to Runhotel's admin panel, "Analytics" > "Reports".
-Click on the Action column to view the reports on the dashboard. This includes all data related to the booking

3. What information does the booking report provide?

The booking report provides a complete summary of hotel reservations within the selected date range. It includes:

  • Confirmed, cancelled, and refunded bookings

  • Total Booking amounts summary and breakdown

  • Room service order summary

  • Taxes and charges

4. How can I select the date range for the report?

Use the "Select date range" option at the top of the report page to choose your desired start and end dates. Then click "Send to email" to receive the report or view it on the screen.

The report includes a summary of bookings along with guest details, check-in and check-out dates, transaction information, payment mode, booking date, booked by (guest or agent), and any room service order amounts.


5. Can I export the booking report?

Yes. Simply click the "Export report" button at the top-right corner or the "Click to Export report" link at the bottom to download the report for record-keeping or sharing.
