📁Customers: Frequently Asked Questions
Navigate to Runhotel's Admin panel "Marketing" > "Customers".
Customers are visible on the Customers page only if they have either:

Created a booking on the Hotel owners's live website.
Created a booking through On-demand.

Logged-in to Hotel owner's live website.
All customer data will be displayed on the Customers page for easy management and reference. Each customer entry includes Customer ID, First name, Last name, Email, Gender and Phone will include the source they came from:

Website – Customer created a booking or registered through the website.
-
Direct – Customer was added manually or came through on-demand services.
