1. What is room service?
Room service is a hotel service that allows guests to order food, drinks, and sometimes other items (like toiletries or extra towels) to be delivered directly to their room.
-Navigate to Runhotel's admin panel, Operation> Room Service and see all the Checked in rooms.
2. How do I place Food order?
You can place an order by:

Click on the room displayed on this page after check-in, then select the menu type e.g., Food Items or Drinks shown below.
The hotel owner clicks on a food item, a modal opens allowing them to select either a full or half quantity for the guest to add it in the menu

- After items are selected, apply the coupon code to check the final amount including the discount, then proceed to place the order

2. How can I check order history?
- Click on the Order History section to see guest information guest name, email, phone number, order creation time, bill type, payment mode, amount, status, payment mode and payment ID (if the amount was paid in advance).
- The order bill can be paid using either cash or online payment by clicking the Pay Now button."
- Upon successful payment, the system will automatically update the Order History with the payment details.
- After room checkout, this information can be viewed in the On-Demand Booking details by clicking the View Bill button where it showed paid
