1. To onboard with RunHotel, first, you need to go to runhotel.io; there you will find this page.
Now click the "Get Started" button as shown in the image
2. This button will redirect you to the "Signup" page as shown in the image
3. In the above image, you have to enter your email ID, create the password, and confirm the password in their respective fields. After entering all the details, click the "agreement checkbox" and then click "Sign Up".
4. Clicking this "Sign Up" button will trigger a verification link to your email ID as shown in the "attached image."
5. In case, you haven't received the link on your email ID, you can simply resend it using the "I didn't receive any email" button shown in the below-attached image. This will surely trigger the verification link to your email ID as shown in the above attached image.
6. When you click "Verify My Email", it redirects you to the very first page of our onboarding page as shown in the image below.
7. In the very first option, you have to select the property type you want to register.
Then, you have to enter the property name in the second field. Now, as soon as you enter the property name, we automatically fill in the property address and the primary contact number as available on Google. Hence, we would advise you to enter the correct and accurate address and contact number of your property. After entering the address, the same address is shown on the map.
After filling in all the details, you have to click the "Save and Continue" button. There are 2 buttons, you can click anyone to proceed.
Once you click the button, you will get the success notification of adding the location, as shown in the image attached below.
8. On this page, you need to fill in your designation using How you describe your designation? dropdown, name, and contact number. Then simply click any of the 2 "Save and Continue" buttons. You can refer to the image attached below
Adding Services
1. Now, you have been redirected to the third page which is our "Services" page. Here, You have to add the services your property offers.
To add the services, first, you need to click the "Add Service" button as shown in the image attached below.
2. As soon as you click the button, the "Add Service" modal opens. Here, you need to fill in the name, and details of the service and also attach a relevant image. After this, you simply have to click the "Add Service" button. You can use the image attached below as a reference.
3. As soon as you click "Add Service", that service is added and will reflect under the "Services you have added so far" section. Also, you can edit or delete the services you have added using the dedicated buttons. You can refer to the image attached below.
Once you are done with the services, simply click the "Save and Continue" button. Then you will be redirected to the "Rooms" page. We have added just one service, for example, you can add as many as you want.
Adding Rooms
1. To add the rooms, you have to click the "Add Room" button as shown in the image attached below.
2. After clicking the "Add Room" button, the "Add Room" modal opens. Here, you have to fill in the details of your rooms including room name, availability, etc. You can refer to the attached images.
IMPORTANT:
1. All the fields/checkboxes are mandatory except Pet Allowed and Smoking.
2. A minimum of 3 room images are required for adding the room.
After filling in all the details, you just have to click the "Add Room" button shown in the images attached. After adding the room, that will be shown under the "Rooms you have added so far" section as shown in the image attached below. Also, you can Delete or Edit the rooms anytime you want.
About Hotel
1. After clicking the "Save and Continue" button, the last page, "About Hotel" is shown. Here, you have to upload the images for your hotel, such as Banner images, Carousel images, etc. You will get all the instructions regarding how to upload the images, what should be the size, etc. as shown in the images attached below.
2. After adding the images, you need to add the section of your hotel. The section also collects some information regarding your hotel but this is more of information that will be used for better marketing of your hotel.
To add sections, you have to simply click the button highlighted in the image attached below.
After clicking "Add Section", you will see the modal to enter the details. the modal and information example is shown in the image attached below.
Now, after adding the section details, you have to simply click "Finish" and yes, you have completed the onboarding with us. Now you can explore the services RunHotel offers.
